The Binary ProgramOptional Secondary Phase

For more difficult collections and possible litigation processing, FCUL members have full access to an aggressive Secondary Phase. Following the completion of the Primary Phase, accounts that still remain delinquent can be transferred, at your option, to our Secondary Contingent Recovery Division (SCRD).

From asset searches and advanced skip tracing, to litigation at TekCollect’s expense, every remedy available will be exercised on your behalf. We offer one of the industry’s foremost litigation service departments for decisive court action when necessary. And for FCUL members, TekCollect advances all court, attorney and filing fees.
